Wonderful traditional historical Chipping Campden free house Hotel with great accommodation , wonderful food and awesome service . We enjoyed fabulous breakfasts and evening meals inside the pub and in their pretty courtyard. Food is all locally sourced and cooked onsite and is superb ! Beef is family farmed and tender and delicious ! Such a treat to meet Ivor and Sandra and their great team - can’t recommend staying / eating here more highly . Visit beautiful Chipping Campden and stay / eat at Lygon Arms- you’ll love it !
Our stay at the hotel was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel special. Every detail was handled with such care and kindness. I had a proposal planned through Melissa, and the entire team went above and beyond to make it one of the most magical experiences of our lives. The setting, the thoughtfulness, and the genuine warmth from everyone made it a memory we will cherish forever. We are so grateful for the incredible hospitality and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough
The most beautiful hotel. Great courtyard and gardens. We went on a Sunday and it was a nice day so we sat in the courtyard and had lunch although we love it here the food is very overpriced for the portion sizes. They are minute. However, I’ve got to say the chips we had were amazing. You only got eight chips for £6 but to be honest with you they were the best chips we’ve ever had so I didn’t mind paying that the dress salmon was expensive for what you got, but I guess you’ve got to expect this in a top class hotel. My only criticism is how many dogs were in the bar area. You could smell doggy smell when you walked through. I have no objection to dogs. I have owned many of them over the years, but I do think there should be a limit of how many are in the hotel public areas.

The food here is exceptional—truly the best Sunday roast I’ve ever had. Every element is cooked to perfection, from the tender meats to the perfectly crisp roast potatoes. Jo and her colleague went above and beyond with their warm, attentive service, which is something you don't come across often these days. The cozy, traditional pub atmosphere only adds to the charm. We've returned several times now, and each visit has been consistently excellent. Generous portions, high-quality ingredients, and genuine hospitality make this place a standout. Highly recommend!
Had an unbelievable stay for one at the Lygon Arms. The welcome from Jo and the team was one of clear love for what they do and I could tell the family run nature of the place. The breakfast was delicious and also had some of the delicious local produce they serve on their dinner menu - steak was a highlight :) Thank you so much :)
Food fantastic and service very good could not do enough for you avoid the bread cam to warm to spread butter on might of been better with vinegar and olive oil.
The rooms, the food and the hospitality are all spot on. All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Probably best value for money you will find in the town.
